Damdama Lake

Damdama Lake is in the lap of Aravali Hills and covers a vicinity of about  3000 acres. It is one of the largest natural lakes in the state of Haryana in India. Located on the Gurgaon-Alwar Road, around 20 km from Gurgaon. Kurukshetra

Kurukshetra in Haryana is the name given to a region covering 48 kosas (an Indian unit of measuring land) where nearly 860 places of pilgrimage exist today related to the Mahabharata. Kurukshetra is a place of great religious and historical importance, revered all over the country for its sacred association with the Vedic Culture and the Vedas. Sohna

The tiny city of Sohna in Haryana, is credited with sulphur springs. This is in the heart of the city  by the side of a perpendicular rock and is approachable only on foot through tiny narrow lanes where vehicles can’t pass. The water is highly sulphurate and its temperature varies from 46° C to 51.7C. ° The present site of main kund, known as Shiv Kund, is believed to have been the ancient abode of hermits. Surajkund

Located at just about 20 km away from Delhi, in Faridabad, this man made lake is one of the popular spots among Delhites for picnic.This is among the ancient reservoirs in India, that dates back to the 10th Century. Star monument located twelve km from Bhiwani, is a great architectural example in Haryana. This building is in the radhaswami satsang bhawan complex. At this place Param Sant Huzur Tara Chand Ji Maharaj lies in samadhi.  The monument has hexagonal pyramid. That means six sides of monument is shaped in form of a star. Three star shapes are made by white marbles while other three sides are created by blue Italian glasses which are capable to bear climatic condition. This monument is incredibly distinctive from others because the building doesn’t contain any pillar for its supports. This spot has now become a significant tourist attraction in Haryana. Its beautiful building and garden are beyond the words. Cooling techniques of the entire monument is so traditional, fountains which are attraction point of the monument are also used for the cooling, and fresh air passes over the fountains.
